Thanks so much for your interest in joining us for the Mainx24 Street Food Festival on Saturday, December 6 at 1404 Cowart St. in downtown Chattanooga. We’re excited to see this lineup coming together and can’t wait to celebrate the diversity of Chattanooga’s food culture with you.

We’re still finalizing the exact event time with the Mainx24 organizers, but it will likely run from 1–3 pm. Please plan to block off 12–5 pm that day to allow for setup, service, and breakdown.

Based on previous Mainx24 events, we’re expecting between 400–600 attendees. We recommend planning to provide at least 250 samples to ensure guests can enjoy your dish throughout the event.

To confirm your spot, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the Participant Form by Sunday, November 9:

   • This form collects your planned street food item(s), contact info, and includes a short participation waiver.

2. Submit the $100 Refundable Deposit by Saturday, November 16

   • Deposits secure your spot and will be fully refunded with your share of ticket earnings after the event.

Please keep in mind that only a limited amount of vendors have been invited to participate, so if you don’t signup by Nov. 9, there is a very high chance your spot will be given away to another restaurant.

A few quick notes and reminders:

• Each vendor will serve 1–2 street food items, ideally sample-sized (about 2–3 bites each).

• You’ll receive $3–4 per sample served.

• Food should represent your restaurant’s unique flavor and be easy to enjoy street-side.

• Please bring all tools and equipment needed for cooking and/or serving.

• All cooking must be done either before the event in your commercial kitchen or on-site using your own equipment.

• Humanaut will likely provide compostable serving products (plates, forks, napkins).

• After November 9, we’ll send a short follow-up form to collect any equipment needs (tents, catering pans, etc.) in case we can help source extras.
